What is a Longevity Reward?
The Longevity Reward is a discretionary reward given to policyholders who have had an active policy with The Trust for 5 or more consecutive years and have opted in to receive their reward electronically. Group policies and individual policies each receive one reward. The recipient and related email address of the reward are the primary insured individual per the policy.
How do I collect my reward from PNC Bank?

What do I do if I don’t receive an email from PNC to collect my Longevity Reward?
First, please check your email spam filter. The email will come from [email protected] and will be sent to the email address used for opting in to the Longevity Reward. If the email is not received by December 11th, 2025, please reach out to our team at [email protected].
What happens if I don’t collect my reward within 15 days of receiving the email from PNC?
PNC will be sending out periodic reminder emails during the 15-day claim period, so please make sure to claim your reward during that time. If the 15-day period lapses and you missed the designated period to collect your reward, please email [email protected], and somebody will contact you.
Can I choose to receive a paper check for my Longevity Reward?
We have eliminated the processing of paper checks for Longevity Reward payments. In place of paper checks, we are excited to offer several faster and more secure digital options. These include ACH Direct Deposit, Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo.
I received an error when trying to collect my reward using Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo. Why is this happening?
If you select Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal, your account must be linked to the same email address we are using to contact you about your 2025 Longevity Reward. If your existing Zelle/PayPal/Venmo account is linked to a different email than the email we are using for your longevity reward communications, you will either need to create a new account that links to the Longevity Reward contact email address or choose to collect your reward payment using ACH Direct Deposit.
Will my personal payment information be stored in the PNC Bank system?
PNC Bank will not store your personal information. The information entered is expressly used for claiming the available payment. The Trust will not access any sensitive payment information relating to the Longevity Reward payments – all payment details are processed directly by PNC Bank.
