Marketing Automation Manager
The Marketing Automation Manager will serve as the primary technical architect and execution lead for our customer communications infrastructure, responsible for translating marketing and lifecycle strategies into reliable, scalable automated systems. This is a hands-on technical role focused on managing the CRM platform, maintaining integrations with our policyholder database, and building, testing, and troubleshooting automated email and messaging workflows. Rather than setting campaign strategy or writing core messaging, this role owns platform architecture, database hygiene, GTM tracking, deliverability, and workflow logic. You will partner closely with Marketing, IT, Analytics, and Operations to ensure seamless data flows, flawless campaign deployment, and rigorous QA. The goal is to maintain a high-performing, error-free automation engine that brings customer journeys to life with technical excellence.
Product Development Manager, Insurance
The Trust/TRMS seeks a Product Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for The Trust's professional liability, allied health and other financial services and insurance product lines. This role sits at the intersection of underwriting, actuarial, compliance, claims, and member experience — translating customer needs, regulatory requirements, and claims/loss experience into coverage design, eligibility rules, and pricing for various target markets across The Trust's product portfolio. The Product Development Manager manages products spanning core professional liability, specialty liability lines (student, researcher/academician), business coverages (cyber, office overhead, business property), and coordinates with financial security and personal-lines partners to ensure a cohesive member offering. The Product Development Manager serves as the primary cross-functional coordinator for product development, aligning the efforts of Marketing, Operations, Information Technology, and Accounting toward unified product goals and leading initiatives from concept through launch and post-launch evaluation.

Responsible for providing efficient policy administrative support and excellent insurance customer service to our policyholders and potential customers. Familiarity with state specific guidelines and procedures. Ability to enter data with a high level of accuracy. Promptly investigate and respond to all customer inquiries.
