Who is Covered
Any past, present or future: Elected or appointed Directors Officer, Trustee, Trustee Emeritus, Executive Director, Department Head or Committee member of a duly constituted committee of the organization. General Counsel or Risk Manager of the Parent Organization. Employee, Leased Employee or Volunteer acting on behalf of the organization. This includes any subsidiary. It also includes spouses and domestic partners where covered claim seeks damages from joint property.
Who is Covered
Damages, judgments, settlements and their defense that are a result of a claim (civil, criminal, administrative, regulatory or arbitration proceeding). If purchased as part of this package, this includes employment practices. What is not included is fiduciary liability or fidelity coverage (employee dishonesty).
