The Trust Companies Welcomes Two New Executive-Level Hires

Rockville, MD (May 21, 2019) –

The Trust Companies announce the addition of Lynn Jenkins, J.D., CPCU, RPLU, CCEP, ARM-E, as The Trust’s Chief Operating Officer and Associate General Counsel, and Kristen Lambert, J.D., MSW, LICSW, CPHRM, FASHRM, as Trust Risk Management Services’ (TRMS) newly created Healthcare Practice and Risk Management Innovation Officer.

Jenkins brings over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry in the claims, brokerage, underwriting and legal arenas. Prior to joining The Trust, he served for a number of years as the AVP/Chief Regulatory Compliance Officer and Professional Liability Product Development Manager for a large commercial insurer. He also worked as an insurance coverage attorney in Washington, DC and Pittsburgh, PA with a focus on various lines of insurance. Additionally, he served as an AVP for a large international broker overseeing environmental insurance placements. In his role with The Trust Companies, he will provide oversight and direction of the daily functions for senior level Trust and TRMS staff.

Lambert comes from a large global insurer where she served as Vice President of Risk Management for Professional Lines, Psychiatry and Behavioral Health. Prior to that she was an attorney at a Boston law firm specializing in healthcare defense and health law. She started her career as a clinical social worker in outpatient and hospital settings. She is a licensed attorney in Massachusetts and Connecticut, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts, a Certified Professional Health Care Risk Manager, and a fellow of the American Society for Health Care Risk Management. In her role with TRMS, she will develop and provide thought leadership content designed to mitigate risk for allied health professionals and psychologists.
